We are alive!
We have been on the road looking for a place to live by K's new job! Yep it is official once K becomes Dr. K we have a job to go to! We are so grateful.
We are also grateful that we found a place to live! Hopefully they will be done building by the time K starts work!
This post contains many classic happy H faces but the above is her classic face when she isn't smiling. If you can't tell this classic look comes with a snorting noise too.
This was a fun kids play area at a local park. We went here with some friends on Memorial Day. The park was suprisingly uncrowded and we spend most of our time in the AC at this play area.
Hooray for AC in this heat!
Sometime in July we had a BBQ at another local park with the same friends. We all had a great time but as you can tell from the rosy cheeks and glistening faces we didn't have the AC retreat.
This summer B has been going in her room for a nap, then about thirty minutes later (I can hear her playing the whole time) she comes out saying she is done resting. If I allow her to actually be done she usually crashes somewhere. This summer we have also grown a fond love of Fancy Nancy! Cute books, they are hard not to enjoy.
What would summer be without a little time with cousins!
This is the happiness you can experience when you are free from airplane prison for the past 12 or so hours.
Enjoying the outdoors without sweating out our body weight.
Grandma had an awesome tree for climbing. Way better than those tall pines she asks to climb at the lake.
B love the pool Grandma set up even though it couldn't have been warmer than 73 and then the water was cold too. She had goose bumps the whole time but loved every minute.
Miss H loved her cousin's car. She fell in and out several times but was happy about it every time. What a monkey!
H has hair long enough for a little pony tail. This is the first and only time I have tried. She wiggles too much but there is enough there.
H is also officially all over the place. She daily empties this cupboard and then crawls inside.
H also loves to follow B around. B doesn't mind but she usually gets ideas on how to play with H. Some of these ideas H doesn't really like but some she does. Like being pushed or pulled around the house in a laundry basket anytime sis. I caught them giggling in the hall! I love this picture because it shows how much they both really enjoy each other!
